These contain a small amount of acrylamide (unpolymerized due to the manufacturing process) as a residual monomer.<br>The EU Drinking Water Regulation sets strict limits for acrylamide, which can be easily complied with using conventional pFMs with drinking water approval when used once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As wash water is recycled several times in practice, with a pFM being added to each cycle, acrylamide can accumulate in the treated water and, if treated recycled water leaks into the groundwater, the specified limit value may be exceeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0083d3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">M-FLOC<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;DAF 800<\/mark>&nbsp;does not contain acrylamide
