Smart resin dispersion in the production of sulphite and sulphate pulp: FIBREDIS®
FIBREDIS® achieves stable and reliable dispersion of resin particles, facilitates washout and discharge via filters and presses and significantly improves the cleanliness of aggregates, pipes and containers.
For process hygiene in the machine circuit, this means that conventional products based on foaming surfactants and mineral masking agents can be completely replaced and, as a result, the need for defoamers can also be significantly and permanently reduced.

Triple effective
Dispersion / Complexation / Protection
FIBREDIS® changes the surface of the smallest hydrophobic particles. As a result, the particles remain evenly distributed in the water system and can be easily washed out and discharged via the filters and presses.
Remaining particles are protected from agglomeration by a type of protective coating (protective colloid). Furthermore, the complexing property of FIBREDIS® binds metal ions and thus prevents the formation of metal soaps.

The removal and inhibition of hydrophobic particles keeps units, pipes and containers clean. FIBREDIS® therefore extends running times and reduces cleaning downtimes.
FIBREDIS® can completely replace products based on foaming surfactants and mineral masking agents. This results in fewer dirt specks and a lower DCM/acetone extract in the finished pulp, as well as a reduced need for defoaming agents.
FIBREDIS® is biodegradable, complies with BfR XXXVI and FDA and facilitates compliance with official requirements relating to wastewater treatment.
